Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

- Analyze business needs and translate them into explicit and detailed functional specifications;
- Customize and configure the SuccessFactors system to meet specific needs while applying best practices and ensuring process consistency and integration with other systems;
- Test and validate configurations and features to ensure that changes meet end-user requirements;
- Support, analyze and solve functional issues encountered by end users;
- Develop and maintain documentation related to configurations, features, and integrations.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar technical discipline;
- Have three (3) to five (5) years of experience working with the SuccessFactors system;




- Know Boomi (an asset);
- Master the identification and resolution of technical and functional problems;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in order to collaborate effectively and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users;
- Demonstrate teamwork, initiative, enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
