Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Team Lead is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency.

You will make a serious impact through your sales expertise and personalized service, which will help you build and maintain meaningful and long‑term relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of the success of your store! High school diploma ~1 year of experience as a team lead,
