We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our Cafe operations with passion and precision. Duties

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall store performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing, motivated workforce dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
- Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.




- Maintain organizational efficiency through effective time management, communication skills, and administrative oversight.

Skills

- Proven leadership experience in Cafe or Restaurant management or store supervision with strong team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging staff, vendors, and customers.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proficiency in recruiting, training & development
- Strong merchandising acumen including pricing strategies and sales management techniques.
- Experience with POS systems, purchasing processes, inventory control, and bookkeeping practices.
- Demonstrated ability in marketing initiatives, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills.
- Adept at supervising staff through motivating leadership while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
