Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, energetic General Manager to lead daily operations at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill. In this role, you will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house workflows, drive guest satisfaction, manage kitchen and service staff scheduling, maintain inventory standards, and ensure our restaurant delivers a consistently high-energy, quality dining experience.

Compensation & Advantages

- Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year
- Hours: 40-50 hours per week (Full-Time)
- Vacation: 1-2 weeks paid vacation annually

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Supervise daily floor operations, bar workflows, and kitchen execution to maintain high standards of quality, speed, and cleanliness.
- Staff Leadership: Handle scheduling, shift management, ongoing staff training, and team communication to foster a high-performance, positive work culture.
- Guest Relations: Monitor guest satisfaction on the floor, resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Inventory & Ordering: Oversee food and beverage inventory,



manage supplier deliveries, and minimize waste while ensuring stock levels meet demand.
- Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with payroll data tracking, labor cost management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and local store marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining or bar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating teams and managing operational workflows.
- Solid understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, food safety protocols, and inventory control.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and guest-service skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
