We're looking for an operational leader who can bring consistency, accountability and momentum to our day-to-day operations while supporting both our front and back-of-house teams. Lead the day-to-day operations of both Front and Back of House. Create consistency by reinforcing operational standards, systems and expectations every shift.

Build accountability across the leadership team through regular communication, follow-up and performance management.



Progressive restaurant leadership experience with proven ability to plan, manage and execute a two million dollar plus operation. Strong expertise in budgeting and profit and loss (P&L;) management, with a proven ability to control costs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Experience managing catering operations considered a strong asset. Be a natural team builder who motivates rather than manages. Value continuous improvement and embrace feedback. Bring a growth mindset and an interest in helping Pasta Pantry continue to evolve.
