Store Manager – Founding Role, Recent F&B; Concept

? Vancouver, BC | Full-Time | $65,000–$75,000 + bonus (OTE ~$85,000)

A new food & beverage brand is launching its first location in Vancouver and looking for one exceptional operator to lead the opening — with a path to multi-unit leadership as we grow.

What You'll Do

- Lead the store opening from hiring through grand opening
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Own sales, labour, food costs, and profitability
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Build local community relationships and grassroots marketing
- Maintain brand, safety, and operational standards
- Help build systems as we scale,



and mentor future leaders

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of leadership experience in QSR
- Some exposure to a new store opening
- Strong grasp of KPIs, labour, and financial performance
- Willingness to complete 2 weeks of paid training out of town
