We’re looking for aProduction Employee to join ourEcoLogo-certified facilitylocated inArmstrong, British Columbia.OurArmstrong Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces234 million board feet every yearforcustomers around the worldso they can build their homes and their communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

- Previousexperience in a forest productsenvironment is considered anasset.
- High School Diplomaor equivalent.
- Commitment toworking safelycoupled withstrong communication&interpersonal skills.
- Ability to workvarious shifts,including evenings and weekends,in aphysically demanding industrial environment.
- Strongproblem-solvingskills.
- Ability to workindependentlywithlittle supervision.

In this role you will:

- Work independentlyas part of ahigh-performance teamdedicated to safely and efficiently producing lumber products.
- Perform a variety of labour dutiesto increase productivity and reduce safety risks.
- Identify,analyze and troubleshootproblemsthat might arise in your area,



andcommunicatewith your Team Lead and Maintenance teams to get things back on track.
- Use yourstrongcommunication skillstowork collaborativelyacross your team.
