Wanted: General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations. We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman. You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as:Door slab installation.Ceramic tile installation.Finish Plumbing.Kitchen and countertop installation.Framing.Light Maintenance work. (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.)All work is in Hi-Rise rental apartments. This is a full time position (not for general contractors).Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.$25-$35/hr.Mon-Friday.8-10 hour shifts.
A successful candidate requires: A set of their own tools.2-3 years of experience.Their own vehicle.An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
