We are looking for a motivated and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, support staff, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for an individual with retail experience who enjoys leadership, organization, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise daily activities.

- Establish and manage employee work schedules.

- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.

- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels.

- Organize and maintain inventory records.

- Authorize payments by cheque and returns of merchandise.

- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages.

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff.





- Provide guidance and support to office and volunteer staff.

Qualifications

- Education - College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years).

- Experience - 7 months to less than 1 year of related retail or supervisory experience.

Supervision Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate a team of 3 to 4 employees.

- On-site position only.

- Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not available.
