Become a key player in talent acquisition at Merrithew International as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. This hybrid role focuses on leading full-cycle recruitment efforts while enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience. You'll be responsible for strategic recruitment across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

As a proactive recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and develop diverse talent pipelines by utilizing cutting-edge sourcing techniques.
