What you’ll do

Production support plays a vital role in enterprise technology, from algorithmic trading engines to regulatory reporting. As a production support analyst you’ll help ensure the technical systems and processes other teams rely on are robust and reliable.

What you’ll learn at the mthree Academy

- High‑level production support concepts, ITIL, monitoring, DevOps, SRE, and disaster recovery.
- Financial markets, equity trading, derivatives, currency, treasury, regulation, and risk.
- Basic programming in Python.




- CRUD operations in MySQL.

What you’ll need

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related STEM subject.
- GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Right to work in Canada without visa sponsorship.
