Execution & Design Production Develop static and motion‑based designs for digital ads, social content, websites, landing pages, and print materials Translate design briefs into polished, brand‑aligned visuals from concept through final execution Design video assets for campaigns Handle full design workflow: concepting, design, resizing,



and final delivery Project Collaboration Work directly with project managers to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines Provide quick turnarounds while maintaining quality standards Remain flexible and qualified when incorporating feedback Use Figma efficiently for design work (Figma Variables knowledge is a strong plus) Demonstrate efficient, scalable design processes Stay current with design trends and tools 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or freelance) ~ Strong portfolio showcasing digital ad design, social media content, and marketing collateral ~ Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate, Premiere Pro) ~ Comfortable with fast‑paced project turnarounds ~ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) ~ Ability to commit to regular, consistent hours (this is not sporadic project work) Efficient and fast – You can deliver high‑quality work quickly What Sets You Apart (Bonus Points) Strong AI tool proficiency (especially for design work) Experience with real estate or healthcare/medical aesthetics branding Motion graphics and video editing skills Understanding of digital ad specifications and platform requirements
