Role Description This full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role is based in Mississauga, ON.

The Graphic

Designer is responsible for creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website content, and student-facing collateral. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, refining layouts, selecting typography and color schemes, and ensuring brand consistency across all communications. The role also involves collaborating with academic and marketing teams to translate program information into clear and engaging visuals, preparing files for production, and updating existing materials as programs and branding evolve.

Designer will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced educational environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in graphic design and layout for both digital and print media, with the ability to create explicit, engaging visual communications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools) and familiarity with basic video or motion graphics tools is an asset.
- Experience creating marketing and promotional materials, including social media assets, brochures, posters, web graphics, and presentation templates.
- Knowledge of branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and manage time and priorities to meet project deadlines.
- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and professional experience.
- Experience working with educational institutions or in a similar professional environment is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work relevant to marketing, education, or professional services.
