We are currently recruiting on behalf of an external partner for a Group Administration Manager to work closely in an executive and operational support capacity.
You will perform a wide variety of tasks as assigned by the executives and senior leadership of the business. The role is based in person out of the Vancouver office, with daily check-ins with your supervisors. Supervision and tasking of the Personal Assistant Administrative and day-to-day support to the principal and the portfolio companies Manage travel arrangements for the principal Taking on projects from various managers for the business overall Managing executive schedules and conflicts Drafting emails on behalf of executives Candidates seeking to apply for the Group Administration Manager position must satisfy the following requirements: Successfully complete online testing for the position Robust foundation in business and operations Exceptional time management skills Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office and Google suite 100,000 - $115,000 base salary, with potential bonus and profit-sharing available based on individual performance Extended health benefits plan Type: Permanent, Full-Time, In Person Time Commitment: Overtime required on a regular basis #
