About the role:

We are hiring a Growth Intern to support user acquisition, activation, retention, and campaign execution across digital channels.

This is a paid, part-time remote internship. Compensation consists of weekly pay plus a performance-based bonus. The specific compensation terms will be confirmed with shortlisted candidates before an offer is made.

In this role, you will work closely with the team to research audiences, support growth experiments, track campaign performance, and turn data into practical recommendations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in growth, digital marketing, early-stage technology, and product-led experimentation.

What you will do:

- Research target audiences, market trends, and potential growth channels
- Support the planning and execution of digital growth campaigns
- Assist with content, community, and outreach initiatives across relevant channels
- Track key performance metrics, including conversion, engagement, retention, click-through rate, and cost per acquisition
- Help organize experiment results and identify actionable insights
- Communicate findings clearly and contribute ideas for improving growth initiatives
- Complete assigned tasks reliably and collaborate with cross-functional teammates in a remote environment

What we are looking for:

- Strong interest in growth, digital marketing, user behaviour,



or early-stage technology
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and working with basic performance metrics
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn through experimentation
- Previous experience in content, social media, community building, marketing, research, or student projects is helpful but not required
