Title: Head of Growth Location: Toronto - in office The Head of Growth - Canada will own the strategy and execution required to grow Midnite’s Canadian casino business. You will combine hands‑on performance marketing with brand building, customer value and cross‑functional leadership across Midnite’s central capabilities. This is a highly accountable, hands‑on leadership role for a marketer who is committed to winning with integrity, building a strong brand, developing a high‑performing team and translating strategy into execution.

Align

Brand, Media, CRM and Affiliates around shared Canadian priorities and KPIs. Partner with the Canada GM, Product, Commercial and central teams on a locally relevant go‑to‑market plan. Balance short‑term acquisition with brand development, retention,



cross‑sell and long‑term player value.

Own the Canada Growth performance narrative and connect channel activity to P&L; outcomes. You are a director or senior‑director‑level performance marketer with deep, hands‑on experience deploying and optimizing media investment. You can expand a performance‑led engine into differentiated brand building over time.

You bring strong commercial judgement and can allocate investment using player value, incrementality and marginal return. You have built teams and can align senior stakeholders and specialists without relying on hierarchy.
