This role involves working in a team of medical professionals on a fee-for-service basis, handling onsite visits and a manageable on-call schedule. Key Responsibilities





- Provide comprehensive hospice care at the facility • Manage on-call duties during assigned rotations • Collaborate with nurses and support staff for holistic care • Engage in care-related research and evaluation • Uphold a culturally competent care approach Requirements:
