The Guest Services Leader is responsible for overseeing all of the Guest Services team and functions.The Leader continually works with DOO, Sales and Shop Leads in developing effective policies and practices for all store team members. They ensure that customer interactions and transactions are performed adhering to policies and best practices. They are responsible for administrative functions which are required to keep the store functioning efficiently and smoothly on a day to day basis.

They are also responsible for providing support functions for the Store Leader and Sales Consultants. This individual possesses strong leadership, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

- Expert on all store operations (POS, payment systems, phones, communications)
- Hire, supervise, train and coach all Guest Service Staff
- Store staff scheduling
- Produce and Maintain Reports
- Perform customer facing transactions
- Ensure that all customer communications are functioning and answered in a timely manner
- Manage Store Records Retention process and policy adherence
- Troubleshoot and audit transactions for accuracy
- Manage and place all supply orders for store needs

Compensation for Guest Services Leader is $63,000 annually plus perks, with opportunities for higher earnings based on experience, performance and growth. Benefits: Ramsey's offers health, dental, vision, life and short term disability insurance. We also offer a 401K plan with company match, FSA, paid vacation and a host of other perks and benefits.
