Become a Maintenance Technician with ALS, engaging in comprehensive hands-on facility upkeep. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day facility maintenance.

You'll work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors, tackling various maintenance tasks. A sound judgment in mechanical repairs and proficiency in equipment management are essential to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Support operations by maintaining and repairing facility equipment
- Execute general upkeep of property and grounds
- Handle minor building repairs including plumbing and carpentry
- Complete routine maintenance on lab systems
- Assist with procurement of necessary supplies and tools Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in facilities operations
- Strong HVAC knowledge and mechanical problem-solving skills
- Class 5 driver's license required
- Time management and communication skills
