Duties

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems including plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate and maintain building management systems to track work orders, schedule maintenance tasks, and document repairs accurately.
- Conduct welding repairs and other specialized tasks to address structural or equipment-related issues promptly.
- Oversee facilities maintenance projects, supervising contractors or team members as needed to ensure quality work within safety standards.
- Respond swiftly to guest or staff maintenance requests,



providing excellent customer service while resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and future planning.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance environments.
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Skilled in welding techniques and mechanical repair work.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and vendors.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance within hospitality or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
