The Lead

Architect will play a critical role in shaping Kinark's approach to Human Capital Management. You'll leverage your advanced Dayforce expertise to identify and automate existing processes, ensuring alignment with P&C; strategies. Your leadership will be pivotal in translating stakeholder needs into cutting-edge technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and govern Dayforce solution architectures
- Facilitate technical discovery workshops
- Automate employee lifecycle processes
- Lead integrations of HR and Payroll data
- Ensure compliance and data governance Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 8 years of HCM implementation experience
- Minimum 4 years as a Dayforce Lead Architect
