Cup & Crust Cafe is a brand-new, modern café and pizza concept opening in South Vancouver near Marine Drive and the airport. We specialize in premium coffee, artisan pizza, desserts, and quick-service dining.

We are looking for experienced Baristas and Pizza Makers who are passionate about food, fast-paced service, and delivering top-quality customer experiences.

Experienced Barista

Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos & specialty beverages
- Operate espresso machines, grinders & POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee station
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude

Requirements

- Previous barista experience required
- Knowledge of espresso extraction & milk texturing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pizza Maker / Line Cook

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook artisan pizzas (hand-stretched dough preferred)
- Manage prep work including sauces, toppings & dough
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work efficiently during busy hours

Requirements

- Experience in pizza making or similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of ovens, dough handling, and prep workflows
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
