About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the company's technical vision and engineering strategy.
- Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams across various disciplines (software, hardware, etc.).
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Manage the engineering budget, resource allocation,



and technology roadmap.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity (e.g., VP Engineering, Director of Engineering).
- Proven experience scaling engineering teams and managing complex software development projects.
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture, development practices, and cloud technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
