Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team for Le Germain Hotel Maple Leaf Square. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team Act as the primary contact for rooms-only groups—ensuring all group block details are accurate in the PMS, handling rooming lists, setting up billing, and ensuring all preparations are complete Serve as the liaison between operations and sales teams, keeping all parties informed of key updates Actively contribute to achieving occupancy goals and sales targets Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales One or two years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, sales or a similar role. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.





Knowledge of Opera PMS is an asset. A robust sense of organization, planning and attention to detail. Occasional availability on evenings and weekends, depending on event needs. Passionate about travel?
