The Talent
AcquisitionPartneris responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of hourly/manufacturing/production candidates from sourcing candidates through various channels until the candidate is hired, be able to develop recruiting strategies, build and nurture relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, and potential hires, ensuring a great candidate experience and create talent pipelines for current and future talent needs. Support projects and incite process improvements around TA processes. Generate direct candidates from a variety of sources including use of social media e.g.
Maintain and update the information in the applicant tracking system. Partner with hiring managers through alignment meeting to understand business requirements, agree on sourcing strategy,
advise on selection/assessment techniques/criteria and next steps to support KPI’s and SLA’s. Realize strategies to address talent needs (short- and long-term).
Managing risk effectively and flagging issues that may impact delivery. Manage relationships with stakeholders and external providers (agencies, organizations, universities, etc.) Participate in projects across Talent Acquisition disciplines as required and directed to support achievement of business objectives. Acting as a role model for delivering excellent customer service, striving to show consistency in both communication and behavior. 2-3 years of experience in recruiting/Talent Acquisition or HR. ~ Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage high volume workload, competing priorities, and flexibility to adjust plans/strategies to accommodate changes within the business. ~ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables. ~ Experience using ATS systems.
Experience recruiting for nonexempt/hourly positions in a manufacturing or distribution environment. ~2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. ~ Experience in recruitment gained through Corporate or Agency workplace. ~ Experience in identifying market trends and researching information through various channels. ~ Experience in sourcing, preferably from an FMCG/CPG company; Knowledge of social media sourcing techniques. #Throughout the selection process, accommodations for applicants with disabilities are available upon request.
