Client services is a priority and a passion Computer proficiency is a must Ocean Import and air import freight operations, including booking, e-manifest, tracking, delivery, billing, closing, resolving disputes, managing profit & loss, maintaining customer/agent spreadsheets Ocean Export freight operations – as needed Interact and work with remote freight teams daily At least 3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry Excellent working knowledge of export and import air and ocean freight movements CIFFA certified is an asset Knowledge of Steamship line and NVOCC contracts and other online pricing tools - asset Proficiency with computers is a must; advanced knowledge of Excel Solid communication skills (French written and verbal are assets) Perks including Group Insurance and Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan #
