Position: Full-time The Engagement and Wellness Coordinator at Hillel enhances the student experience by fostering meaningful connections, cultivating community, and creating opportunities for personal growth and leadership development through a wellness-informed approach. Through relationship‑building, innovative programming, and individualized mentorship, the Coordinator helps students develop a robust sense of belonging, deepen their engagement in Jewish campus life, and navigate their university experience with confidence. This role takes a proactive and strategic approach to student engagement , building authentic relationships, identifying emerging student needs and trends, and designing initiatives that promote connection, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

By thoughtfully connecting students to opportunities, resources, and support networks, the Coordinator plays a key role in creating a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving campus community.

The programming focuses on: Student engagement initiatives that foster belonging, meaningful relationships, and active participation in Jewish campus life. Wellness and educational programming that promotes healthy habits, resilience, and life skills. Mentorship and resource navigation that help students access opportunities, build confidence, and reach their goals.

Serve as a key member of the Hillel staff team, building meaningful relationships with students and fostering engagement in Jewish campus life. Stay connected to student interests, experiences, and emerging campus trends to help shape meaningful engagement opportunities and wellness initiatives. Support students in the development and implementation of wellness-related events and activities.





A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Masters level preferred) ~3-5 years experience working in community organizations or social services. ~ Benefits include Health Benefits, corporate cell phone program, family friendly and flexible work environment.
