Are you an experienced HVAC professional with a passion for teaching and mentorship?

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HVAC Instructor to join our growing team. If you’re ready to help shape the next generation of skilled tradespeople, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do:

- Teach HVAC curriculum in both classroom and lab settings (in-person and online)
- Engage students through lectures, hands‑on activities, and industry‑relevant content
- Track attendance, assess performance, and support student retention and success
- Maintain an organized and professional learning environment
- Collaborate with staff, Career Services, and participate in school events
- Stay up to date with HVAC industry trends and maintain required certifications

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of HVAC industry experience
- G2 certification (minimum)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM/LMS platforms




- Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success
- Experience in adult education or private career colleges is an asset, but not required
- Two qualified references verifying industry or teaching experience
- 48 months of recent HVAC work/teaching experience
- OR
- 24 months of experience plus one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree (Canadian or equivalent)
- College diploma or equivalent
- Trade certification (Ontario College of Trades or equivalent)
