We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance of heavy machinery. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills, ensuring that equipment operates efficiently and meets the needs of our clients. Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment including trucks and trailers.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify equipment.
- Assemble and disassemble machinery components for inspection or repair.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.

Experience

- Red Seal certified (prefered)
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or similar role in automotive repair or dealership settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Robust communication skills for effective customer interaction.
