Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our agile maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty equipment and machinery . Your expertise will ensure optimal equipment performance, safety, and reliability, contributing directly to the efficiency of our production processes.

Responsibilities

- Perform detailed inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles, machinery, and equipment including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, belt adjustments,



and system calibrations to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and service history.
- Collaborate with other team members to analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic.
- Ability to diagnose issues using analysis skills and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical faults effectively.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
