Verify government-issued photo identification to ensure all guests meet the venue’s 19+ age requirement and comply with liquor licensing regulations. Provide clear direction to various venue areas including seating sections, bars, washrooms, merchandise activations, and exits. Monitor assigned areas and guest conduct to help maintain a protected,



welcoming, and service-focused environment.

You have strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Experience in a hospitality environment is an asset, but not a must. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required. Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
