Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a friendly, energetic demeanor and assist with seating arrangements
- Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, demonstrating excellent customer service skills




- Support team members during busy periods to enhance overall guest experience

Requirements

- Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems like Micros POS is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Experience in restaurant settings or hotel environments is advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods during shifts
