- Manage HR records and employee relations activities
- Conduct interviews, terminations, and return-to-work planning
- Handle WSIB claims and safety training documentation
- Facilitate Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings
- Support incident investigations and reporting processes Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in HR and Health & Safety roles
- Business Administration degree or diploma preferred
- Certifications in Joint Health and Safety (Parts 1 and 2)
- Strong knowledge of WSIB and safety regulations
