Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and working closely with our club leadership teams, the HR & Payroll Administrator plays a key role in supporting over 700 employees across our company. Whether you're just starting out or have 1-2 years of HR/payroll experience, we're excited to train and support the right candidate who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute.

Be the first friendly contact for new hires: onboard team members into our HR, payroll, and time-tracking systems (Rise).

Run the show on pay day: process semi-monthly payroll for 700+ hourly and salaried employees—including bonuses, commissions, overtime, and statutory holidays.

Stay organized behind the scenes: maintain digital employee files, generate HR and payroll reports, and process ROEs and T4s.

Support company growth:



occasionally help with recruitment for club leadership and personal training roles. Partner with the Human Resources Manager on a variety of people-focused projects and initiatives. A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related program. ~1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR/payroll role. ~ Payroll certification is a plus, but not required. ~ Comfortable using Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, etc.). ~ Flexible and dependable—you’re willing to do what it takes to ensure payroll is processed on time.
