LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Dayforce HRIS Consultant for a 4-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. The successful candidate will be required to work approximately 2 days per week on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa, ON. Remaining days may be worked remotely.

Provide expert-level administration, configuration, and optimization of the Dayforce platform Support ongoing Dayforce enhancement initiatives, including system cleanup and configuration improvements Assist with the implementation and configuration of new Dayforce modules, including Recruiting and Document Management Analyze existing configurations and recommend best practices to improve system performance, usability, and scalability Support Payroll and Benefits-related configurations and integrations Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements Document configurations, processes,



and technical solutions Mentor and provide hands-on training to the internal HR Systems Analyst to build long-term internal capability Promote knowledge transfer and establish sustainable Dayforce administration practices 5+ years of hands-on Dayforce HRIS experience with proven configuration and administration expertise ~ Experience implementing or configuring Dayforce modules including Recruiting, Document Management, Payroll, and Benefits ~ Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching internal HRIS resources with a focus on knowledge transfer Experience supporting continuous improvement and optimization initiatives Ability to quickly assess existing system configurations and recommend improvements Consulting experience supporting multiple business stakeholders Self-starter with the ability to work independently and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language Hourly Rate Negotiable We are a trusted partner to leading private and public sector organizations and experts in talent solutions that create optimal business outcomes.
