What You’ll Do

As part of our Installations or service team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the 5-star experience Gandy is known for:

- Professionally install residential HVAC systems to the highest standards OR
- Professionally diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and present options, service agreements and pricing to customers in a polite and respectful manner
- Treat every home like your own—quality, cleanliness, and care matter
- Communicate clearly with customers and respond to concerns with integrity
- Maintain tools, equipment,



and your company vehicle in top condition
- Stay flexible, take on new duties, and continuously learn and grow

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years’ experience in HVAC
- Journeyman certification in gas fitting or refrigeration
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Neat appearance and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to follow all safety protocols
- Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
