Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various facilities. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on approach will ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment, contributing to a safe, comfortable environment for all occupants.

Duties
- Install, inspect, and service HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify root causes of system failures.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and cleaning to ensure efficient operation.
- Repair or replace mechanical components including belts, motors, valves, and electrical wiring.
- Utilize plumbing skills for drainage issues or water-related components within HVAC systems.
- Conduct welding or fabrication as needed for custom repairs or modifications of equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems.
- Assist with boiler operations and maintenance to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Repair appliances related to HVAC systems or building utilities as required.
- Support construction projects by installing or upgrading HVAC infrastructure in new or renovated facilities.
Experience
- Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical knowledge.
- Prior experience in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, or appliance repair is highly desirable.
- Construction experience involving installation or maintenance of building utilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting purposes.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance tasks in commercial or residential settings.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC work and building codes.
