SYSTRA Canada is looking for a SolidWorks/PDM Administrator and Designer in Montreal for a permanent hybrid role, focusing on both system administration and creative design. As part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing PDM environments and enhancing SolidWorks applications. Your expertise will support the design of mechanical structures while ensuring workflows align with company standards.

Training fellow team members in these processes is also a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer PDM and assist in SolidWorks deployment
- Optimize vault performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure compliance with design best practices and standards
- Create documentation for system changes and training materials
- Design and modify structures for railway transport

Requirements:

- Preferably a Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering
- 3-5 years of SolidWorks/PDM experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and MS 365
- Fluency in French and English
- Robust problem-solving and communication abilities
