Become an Imaging Support Specialist at Halton Healthcare, where patient care is our mission. This role focuses on assisting both patients and staff to ensure effective imaging processes. In this position, your support will be crucial to enhance the patient experience within the Diagnostic Imaging department.
You will play a fundamental role in assisting with patient procedural preparation, maintaining supply inventories, and ensuring operating areas are well-prepared. An understanding of medical terminology and a customer-service mindset will set you up for success. Monitor and assist patients in sub-waiting areas
- Transport and clean equipment post-procedure High School Diploma is mandatory
- Hospital experience in Diagnostic Imaging desired
- Knowledge of Meditech is an asset
