The successful candidate will have 4–9+ years of legal expertise, including in-house experience, and a solid background in commercial agreements. You'll collaborate effectively with senior leaders and the North American legal team while advising on potential operational and legal risks.

Key Responsibilities





- Act as the primary legal advisor for the Canadian operations • Draft and negotiate customer and vendor agreements • Develop compliance and risk management frameworks • Manage relationships with external legal counsel • Facilitate internal legal training for staff Requirements:
