Services is looking for a collaborative, team-oriented individual who thrives on building relationships and supporting others.As the Indigenous Training Program Coordinator,you will lead and coordinate the Indigenous Training Program (ITP), supporting Indigenousemployeesas they build skills,



gain meaningful work experience and explore career pathways within Community Servicesand the Yukon Government.You will mentor and guide employees throughout their journey, work with managers to create meaningful training and employment opportunities, and build strong, trust-based relationships with Yukon First Nations and community partners.You will also help shape and strengthen the ITP by incorporating Indigenous perspectives, supporting culturally safe practices,identifyingand addressing barriers to participation, and evaluating andgrowingthe program over time. Experience providing guidance and support through mentorship, coaching or supervision in a professional,communityor learning environment.

Experience coordinating or supporting training, employment, education or community-based programs.

Experience working with Indigenous people, communities, organizations or Indigenous-focused programs.
