We are seeking a Specialist, Industrial Participation to help deliver our Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) commitments to the Government of Canada. Reporting to the Director, Industrial Participation, you will work across J.Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience working within Canada's defence industry and/or ITB policy workplace.
Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Post-graduate education and existing relationships within the defence sector or ISED are considered assets. Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP),
Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Please note this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.
