- Coordinate RFx responses independently and for larger projects
- Drive alignment during proposal and kickoff meetings
- Review and analyze RFx documents for compliance
- Maintain schedules and oversee document submissions
- Tailor proposal content to client evaluation criteria Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant proposal coordination experience
- Solid writing, editing, and client-focused communication skills
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Ability to manage risks and propose solutions
