This is a "hunter" role designed for a sales professional who thrives on identifying new opportunities and managing complex, solution-based sales cycles.

You will be the face of the company, helping businesses optimize their space through customized racking, shelving, and automated storage systems. Represent a market leader with an extensive support network and sister companies.

Manage the full sales cycle: from initial lead/cold call to site measurements, blueprint review, and final installation.



Collaborate with internal technical design teams to create customized storage layouts for clients. Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders (Plant Managers, Warehouse Leads, Procurement) during sales cycles that can range from one month to over a year.

Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets and KPIs. Proven track record in B2B sales (1-5 years experience). Technical aptitude; ability to read basic drawings/blueprints or understand spatial dimensions is a major asset.

Experience in "hunting" roles—comfortable with cold calling, door knocking, and networking. Robust organizational skills to manage a pipeline of both quick-turnaround and long-term projects. Base Salary: $70,000 + car allowance + Commission #
