We are seeking a reliable and motivated Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team at our Red Deer location. As an Inside Sales & Service Representative , your primary responsibilities will include processing customer orders and addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and product availability. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth sales experience for our customers by providing prompt responses, delivering professional customer service, and demonstrating accurate product knowledge.

Answering phone calls, emails, and helping walk-in customers in a professional manner. Provide best-in-class customer service and help resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services. Provide pricing and inventory information to customers. Process and enter customer orders with detailed specifications into the computer system.

Support Outside Sales

Reps in processing quotes, orders, and other requirements.
