The Role

We're hiring a licensed, experienced producer to grow our book across Ontario. Our home base is Kitchener-Waterloo, but we're open to the right talent anywhere in the province and can make accommodations for a strong fit. You'll be quoting and writing business from day one, this is not a training role. We're looking for someone who already knows how to sell insurance and wants the autonomy to build their own book inside a brokerage that backs them.

What You'll Do

- Prospect, quote, and bind personal and commercial lines business across multiple carriers
- Build and grow relationships with centres of influence (mortgage brokers, realtors, dealerships) in your market
- Work the leads we provide and generate your own through networking, referrals, local events, and outreach
- Round out client accounts to build a durable, retention-strong book
- Represent Truly Insurance's brand of transparent, relationship-first service

What We're Looking For

- RIBO license in good standing,



minimum 1 year of experience quoting and binding
- A track record of self-generating business, not just working handed-to-you leads
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with clear targets
- Located anywhere in Ontario, Kitchener-Waterloo based is a plus but not required
- Someone who wants to build a book and grow with a brokerage

Compensation

$50,000 to $70,000+ (Year 1), includes base plus commission. There is no ceiling on what you can earn, and you're paid commission on renewals as well as new business, so your income compounds as your book grows year over year.
