Duties

- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, retail sales channels, and telemarketing campaigns to promote insurance products.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate coverage options, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing questions, and offering ongoing support.
- Utilize multilingual skills, including Spanish and bilingual communication abilities, to connect with diverse customer bases effectively.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales,



or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages, to engage diverse customers confidently.
