Role Description This full-time remote Insurance Agent role focuses on providing insurance solutions and financial guidance to clients across North America.

The Insurance

Agent will consult with clients to assess their insurance and financial needs, recommend appropriate products, and support them in understanding policy features and benefits. Daily activities include conducting virtual client meetings, preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves building and managing a portfolio of clients through prospecting, referrals, and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively identify client needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage to navigate multiple carriers, compare products, and secure competitive solutions for clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance to understand financial planning concepts and explain how insurance products fit into overall financial strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service to deliver responsive support, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Relevant qualifications include an active or eligible insurance license (life, health, or other lines, depending on jurisdiction) and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and virtual meeting platforms, and the capacity to manage time, pipelines, and documentation effectively.
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is an asset, as is an interest in leadership, agency building, or entrepreneurship.
