Role Description The Insurance Broker will work full time in a remote capacity, supporting clients with tailored insurance and financial solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, and managing policy applications, renewals, and changes. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, providing clear explanations of coverage options, and assisting clients with claims-related inquiries.

Broker will also stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and new products to provide proactive advice. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service and accurate documentation is an important part of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in insurance brokerage and insurance products, with the ability to match client needs to appropriate coverage.
- Knowledge of finance and retirement planning to support clients with broader risk management and long-term financial security.
- Proven customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a client-centered approach.
- Relevant insurance licensing (or eligibility to obtain licensing) in Ontario and familiarity with provincial regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple client requests.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for managing client records, proposals, and policy documentation.
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields is an asset.
- Skilled, ethical mindset with a commitment to transparency and continuous learning.
