As the Interim Director of Accounting & Reporting, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting under US GAAP. This role requires a balance of review, oversight, and hands‑on execution, particularly in support of year‑end close, audit activities, and financial statement preparation.

Review and oversee accounting work prepared by team members to ensure US GAAP compliance Perform hands‑on accounting work as required, including complex journal entries and reconciliations Lead and support year‑end close and audit processes Provide guidance and direction to the accounting and reporting team in a remote workplace 5+ years of hands‑on accounting experience , including strong US GAAP expertise ~ Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting leadership roles ~ Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a fully remote setting Background in energy, renewables, or asset‑heavy industries
